Quality assurance and certification
Currently, all BISNTE factory operations are certified to the International Standards Organization (ISO) 9001 design and manufacturing control standard.
We support our clients' Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) efforts and maintain the highest levels of safety and environmental compliance in all factory operations in-house, in compliance with the latest ISO 14001 standards.
As a high-quality, reliable supplier, BISNTE is also recognized by major international engineering companies and leading industrial valve manufacturers.
All BISNTE actuators are assembled from different parts that are designed and manufactured to ensure product safety and longest service life under the harshest conditions.
During all steps of the production process, from raw material receipt to final inspection, every detail is designed, verified and inspected, and then carefully tested according to the most stringent standards required by the EN UNI 9001 quality standard.
All finished actuators are tested and certified by BISNTE's quality department before being delivered to the valve manufacturer or end user.
All BISNTE products have passed SIL3 safety level certification, ensuring the safe operation of customer factories.
